The Amman Design Week 2019



On Sunday August 25th, 2019, Her Majesty Queen Rania paid a visit to the Amman Design Week's offices located in Jabal Amman, where she was briefed on the final preparations for the nine-day citywide event. ADW Director, Rana Beiruti, explained that the program’s third edition, will be centered in three main districts; Ras El Ain, Jabal Amman, and Jabal Al-Weibdeh. The theme was “Possibilities,” ADW 2019 with events and exhibitions at more than 50 participating spaces across Amman.

  Queen Maxima paid a working visit to a Parnassia Group Mental Health Facility in The Hague. The visit focused on the possible impact of the corona pandemic on mental health care, focusing on both current problems and opportunities and new developments. Queen Maxima spoke for the first time to people with mental health problems about the impact of the corona pandemic on themselves and their treatment.  Severe psychiatric patients often have physical complaints and are a very vulnerable target group in addition to the elderly. Members of the Parnassia Group's Customer Council discussed the possibilities of calling (image), online processing and home visits. Queen Mxima also received an explanation of the online Treatment Super Brains. This app helps people with ADHD stay in control of their lives. Prince Henrik of Denmark's birthday portraits

The  Danish royals  have released two new images of one of the younger members of their family and they were taken by an unexpected photographer!  Prince Joachim  and  Princess Marie  shared the portraits of their son, Prince Henrik, on Instagram, to mark his 11th birthday on 4 May and they were captured by his eight-year-old sister, Princess Athena.
