DanChurchAid’s monthly meeting

 

The organization supports the world’s poorest in their fight for a dignified life and helps people in need. DanChurchAid provides emergency relief in disaster-stricken areas and long-term development aid in poor areas to create a more equal and sustainable world. Princess Marie of Denmark attended the meeting where she addressed the organization’s 730 employees around the world. She is Patron of DanChurchAid since 2011. During the meeting, challenges caused by COVID-19 in refugee camps were discussed. Representatives of DanChurchAid’s youth department NOW told about their emergency bingo events in Denmark, which at the same time inform and create income. Staff from Ethiopia and Mali also talked about their work in the countries.
