Danish Rainbow Awards - Axgil 2020 ceremony

 



The Danish Rainbow Awards AXGIL is a non-profit event organized by volunteers. Crown Princess Mary attended Axgil's award ceremony for the first time in 2018 and received Danish Rainbow Honor Award 2018. The Awards honor individuals and companies that in the past year have made a positive and significant difference in the LGBT community. The Awards were given in eight categories. The show was 2 ½ hours long and was a mix between presentation of the awards and various forms of entertainment.

  Queen Maxima paid a working visit to a Parnassia Group Mental Health Facility in The Hague. The visit focused on the possible impact of the corona pandemic on mental health care, focusing on both current problems and opportunities and new developments. Queen Maxima spoke for the first time to people with mental health problems about the impact of the corona pandemic on themselves and their treatment.  Severe psychiatric patients often have physical complaints and are a very vulnerable target group in addition to the elderly. Members of the Parnassia Group's Customer Council discussed the possibilities of calling (image), online processing and home visits. Queen Mxima also received an explanation of the online Treatment Super Brains. This app helps people with ADHD stay in control of their lives. Prince Henrik of Denmark's birthday portraits

The  Danish royals  have released two new images of one of the younger members of their family and they were taken by an unexpected photographer!  Prince Joachim  and  Princess Marie  shared the portraits of their son, Prince Henrik, on Instagram, to mark his 11th birthday on 4 May and they were captured by his eight-year-old sister, Princess Athena.
